Images provided by Christie’s Press Office (the “Images”) are for use on the following basis only:

1. Images should be credited to CHRISTIE'S IMAGES LTD. 2024
2. Images may only be reproduced in connection with the preview or review of the relevant Christie’s sale.
3. Images must be shown in full with no alteration or overwriting.
4. The licence to use the Images is non-exclusive and is granted for a one-off usage only, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Christie’s Images Limited (“Christie’s Images”).
5. You may not keep the Images or any copies of the Images in any form whatsoever, including storage in an archive or in an electronic retrieval database.
6. You may not distribute the Images or any copies of the Images nor authorise the use of the Images to any third party without the prior written consent of Christie’s Images.
7. The Image shall at all times remain the property of Christie’s Images.
8. While Christie’s Images owns the copyright in the Images, there may be additional, third-party intellectual property or publicity rights in the Image or the subject matter of the Image.  It is your responsibility to ascertain whether any such additional rights exist and to obtain any necessary permission from the relevant holders of such rights or their agents prior to reproducing the subject matter of the Image.  Neither Christie’s Images nor any other company in the Christie’s group can be held liable for any failure on your part to do this and you shall indemnify [Christie’s Images] and any other company in the Christie’s group for any claims brought against us for your breach of this paragraph 7.
